Usage of Kandinsky’s websites

Ensuring the protection of your privacy and the security of your personal data is very important to us.

Kandinsky Production House GmbH obeys all prescriptions of the German Federal Data Protection Law, the German Teleservices Law and if required other necessary additional data protection guidelines.

Collection of personal data
If you retrieve our websites, our internet server automatically reads and saves information from your
browser in our journal. These information are e.g.: browser, operating system, URL of the formerly
retrieved website, IP address or domain name of the requesting computer, time, data file request of
the client (file name and URL), HTTP answer code as well as the number of transferred bytes within
the connection. Please contact the manufacturer of your browser, if or how far the automatic transfer
of this file can be prevented – or use the help function of your browser.

These files cannot be located to certain persons. These data will not be consolidated with data from
other sources. We only collect statistical information from our journal in order to optimise our websites.
We do not generate user profiles. A further usage of your personal data is subject to your prior
agreement.

This offer uses so-called cookies. Cookies are text files, which will be saved on your computer to
enable the storage of statistical information as operating system, browser, IP-address, the formerly
retrieved website (Referrer-URL) and the time. Furthermore, herewith functions like the shopping cart
can be realized. In your internet browser you can switch off the storage of cookies. Cookies cannot
cause any damage to your PC. The handling of cookies is up to you. In order to accept, deny, check
and delete cookies, please use the help function of your browser.


This offer also uses the service “Google Analytics”, a service of Google enabling the analysis of
websites for statistical purposes. Cookies will be stored on you PC. The data will be transferred and
stored on a Google server. Google will use these information to compile reports of website activities
for the provider.

Regarding the above mentioned themes concerning the products and services of Google, you can get
comprehensive information from the Google data protection centre. We refer to the recorded data
protection information (http://www.google.com/intl/de/ALL/privacy.html).

 

Additional personal data as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address will only be
recorded if they were given on a voluntary basis, e.g. within the frame of an order, application for a
newsletter, a survey or a lottery.

 

Usage and transfer of so-called personal data
We only use your personal data for the purpose of administration the websites and to fulfil your
requests and demands (e.g. handling and settlement of your order / contract). All customer data will be
saved and processed under consideration of all appropriate prescriptions of the German Federal Data
Protection Law and German Teleservices Law.

 

We do not transfer your personal data including your address and e-mail address to third parties
unless we either receive your prior approval or if we are obliged by legal authorities. This is not valid
for our service partners, requiring these data for order processing purposes (e.g. the forwarding
agency and the credit institution which will handle the payment). However, even in these cases the
transfer of data will be limited to the necessary maximum.
